The Ceremony
The ceremony is located at 'The Chapel' in Gold Creek. Please arrive at 2pm for a 2:30pm start. Guest parking is available directly across the road.
Cocktail Hour
Cocktail hour will take place directly following the ceremony, on the grounds of 'The Chapel'. During this time group, family and friend photos will take place with the couple, so please don't stray too far. While you wait your turn please treat yourselves to some snacks and a beverage or two.
The Reception
The reception will be held at 'The Howling Moon' bar, located on the top floor of 'Canberra Rex Hotel'. The reception will start at 4:30pm, with food being served cocktail style. There is limited parking available onsite.

FAQ
What do I wear?
The dress code is semi-formal. Please also avoid wearing white or sage green dresses.
When do I arrive?
Ceremony - 2pm for a 2:30pm start.
Reception - 4:30pm start, directly following the cocktail hour at the ceremony location.
Where do I park?
Ceremony - Ample parking is available directly across the road from the venue.
Reception - Parking is available at the hotel, however this is limited and is subject to availability on the day. Some parking may also be available in adjacent streets, however fees may apply. Alternatively, a public transport stop is adjacent to the hotel, as well as it being accessible by uber and taxi.
Can I take photos?
It is very important to us that photos are not taken during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer and do not want any phones or other devices to get in the way of her work.
Before and after the ceremony, during cocktail hour and during the reception, snap away! We would love to see the photos you take, but please also remember to enjoy the moment!
What kind of food will there be?
A range of canapes and platters will be available at the reception. It is advised to eat lunch prior to the ceremony to ensure you can get through to this time.
If you have any dietary requirements please include them in your RSVP.
Can I bring a plus one / are children welcome?
Unfortunately plus ones are not available due to budget and venue capacity constraints.
Our daughter and niece will be the only children in attendance. Please make other care arrangements for your children.
How do I RSVP / When do I RSVP by?
You can RSVP via the white button in the top, right corner of this website.
Please RSVP before 16th October 2025.
Will their be a wedding registry?
We currently have very limited space to store items so kindly request no physical gifts, your presence on our special day is enough. If you feel like you must gift us something we would deeply appreciate your contribution to helping us purchase our first home. A wishing well for cards will be available on the day.
Where should I stay?
If you are in need of accommodation we would recommend staying at 'Canberra Rex Hotel', as this is the location of the reception. Alternatively, most hotels within Braddon will be walking distance.
